Change of mind policy

At NAASH, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as you had hoped and you may change your mind about your purchase. We are happy to offer a change of mind policy for any undamaged and unused NAASH product* in its original packaging. Simply return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a change of mind return, please reach out to support@naash.com.au and send the parcel on the below address. Once we receive the item back from you, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@naash.com.au.

*Please note: we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or used, or for sale items or gift cards. Additionally, we are not responsible for shipping costs for returning items that have been deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Change of mind refers to a purchase where you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Consumer guarantees do not apply under the ruling of the ACCC in this case, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for change of mind.
