About us
At NAASH, our story is one of passion and purpose. We are a husband and wife team of scientists, both with extensive research experience in dealing with microbes and their interactions with our environment.
We received our doctorate degrees in biotechnology from a well-known university in Australia, but our story began when one of us fell ill with a severe case of E.coli infection, most likely contracted from drinking contaminated water. This personal experience sparked a desire to make a difference and protect others from the dangers of contaminated water. Determined to find a solution, we began researching different water purification methods and were disheartened to discover that most UV-equipped water bottles on the market were very expensive and almost unaffordable for the average person. We knew there had to be a better way.
Our journey led us to the development of an innovative and affordable water bottle equipped with UV sterilization technology. Our laboratory trials have shown promising results, killing 99.9999% of organisms in just 60 seconds. But we didn't stop there. We also included additional features such as a drinking reminder and temperature control options to make our bottles even more user-friendly.
We understand the importance of affordability, which is why we made sure to design a bottle that is not only effective, but also affordable for everyone. We even asked our family and friends to test our bottles and give us feedback before launching them publicly.
We are constantly working to improve our products and are currently trialling bottles with larger volumes.
